Customer Cancellation Window

Eligible orders can be cancelled from the customer account while they remain in cancellable processing states. Orders in transit or delivered are not typically cancellable.

Cancellable and Non-Cancellable States

  • Cancellable: Pending Payment, Confirmed, Processing, Packed.
  • Non-cancellable: In Transit, Delivered, Returned, Cancelled, or failed verification states.
  • Operational constraints after carrier handover may also block cancellation requests.

Merchant Cancellation Rights

  • Orders may be cancelled by Shinifashion for stock outages, risk checks, or compliance requirements.
  • Pricing anomalies, verification failures, and fraudulent signals can trigger protective cancellation workflows.

Refund Impact

Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded per the Refund Policy timelines. Cash on Delivery cancellations involve no payment reversal when no collection has been made.
